These Terms of Use govern your use of LokWatch, published by Appx. By using the app you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use LokWatch for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app except as permitted by law.

What LokWatch is — and isn’t

LokWatch helps you decide what to watch and lets you view official trailers. It does not stream, host, or provide any full films or TV shows, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any studio, streaming service, or platform. Links to streaming services are provided for convenience; what you watch there is governed by their terms.

Third-party content & data

Movie and TV information and trailers are provided by TMDB and JustWatch and remain their property. Availability and metadata can be incomplete or out of date. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with its operation or the services it relies on.

Disclaimers

LokWatch is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Recommendations are automated suggestions, not guarantees of quality, availability, or suitability. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
