Privacy Policy
The short version: the app works fully offline, has no accounts, and does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. Your study progress stays on your device.
Who we are
DGT Driving Test 2026 (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is an independent study app that helps you prepare for the Spanish driving theory test. This policy explains what we do — and mostly don’t — collect.
Information we collect
None that identifies you. The app does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location or contacts, and it contains no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking SDKs. We have no servers and no user accounts.
Data stored on your device
To function, the app stores the following locally on your device only (using Apple’s on-device storage). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:
- Your answer history, per-question statistics, saved/bookmarked questions and mock-exam results.
- Your preferences (app language, question language, voice language, dark mode, voice announcements).
Deleting the app removes all of this data.
Subscriptions and payments
Premium access is offered as an auto-renewing subscription handled entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). We never see or receive your payment details. Apple’s privacy policy governs that process.
Children’s privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13, and it collects no personal data from anyone regardless of age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
