By downloading or using DGT Driving Test 2026 (“the app”), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial study.
A study aid — not the official test
The app is an independent tool to help you prepare for the Spanish driving theory test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) or any government authority. Practice questions are provided for learning and may differ from the official, current exam. We do not guarantee that using the app will result in passing any exam.
Subscriptions
Premium features are available through an auto-renewing weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store account settings.
- If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or otherwise misuse the app or its content.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or any reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
